The surrounding areas of Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral & Fort Myers feature award-winning health care facilities & specialists.

Burnt Store Village offers 13 miles of quiet streets plus an active Property Owners Association (POA) that helps maintain the community’s deed-restrictions. The POA & the deed-restrictions aim to maintain property values while enhancing the neighborhood’s desirability to new residents. Among the key attributes of Burnt Store Village is a community park with scenic walking trail along a centrally-located lake. The park also offers picnic tables, a playground & basketball courts.

Most of the homes within Burnt Store Village were constructed during the real estate boom in the early 2000s with new construction properties being added every year. The neighborhood offers county water & sewer to all properties. As all properties within Burnt Store Village are privately owned, the existing homes have been constructed by privately-contracted builders selected by each property owner.
